Services have been scheduled for Daniel George Vargas, 72, of Newman, who passed away Oct. 15.

Visitation will be held Sunday, Oct. 19, from 5-7 p.m. at St. Joachim's Catholic Church, Newman, with a rosary to follow.

A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 20, at the church.

Interment will follow in Hills Ferry Cemetery.
