A memorial service was held Tuesday for Jerald Anthony Mendonca of Newman, who passed away March 26 at Doctors Medical Center, Modesto.

He was 62.

Mr. Mendonca was a native of Antioch.

He lived in Newman for one year.

He was a truck driver.

Mr. Mendonca is survived by a son, Christopher Mendonca of Newman; a daughter, Lori Pasco of Newman; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Gregory Mendonca.

Hillview Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
