Newman 4-H member Julian Leon recently attended the Golden State Cavy Breeders Association Show in Merced. Leon was awarded four first place awards and two second place awards with his American Cavies. Leon also participated in primary showmanship.

Newman 4-H members Olivia Casey and Addison Martins recently completed various levels of Proficiency Testing with their rabbits. Casey passed Level 2 cavy proficiency and Addison Martins passed Level 1 proficiency.
