Arma Lou Richerson, 99 of Modesto, passed away on January 15, 2025 at Golden Age VII in Modesto.

Mrs. Richerson was born in Joplin, Missouri, was a school bus driver for 19 years and was a member of the Eastern Star American Legion Aux. She enjoyed attending her children’s sports events, fishing, boating and loved her bus trips to the casinos and playing bingo.

Mrs. Richerson is survived by her son, Michael Wilkinson (Barbara) of Hailey, Idaho; daughter, Dianna Doss (Larry) of Modesto, CA; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson. She was preceded in death by her husbands, John Wilkinson and Monty Richerson; parents, Orie Carr and Lura McNabb; brother, Allen Carr and grandson, Todd Doss.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am, Friday, March 7, 2025 at Hillview Funeral Chapels in Newman, followed by the Interment at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery at 1:30 pm. Reception information will be announced at the service.
