Belinda was born in Modesto CA, she lived in Newman for 50 years. Belinda worked as a nail Tech at Unique By Design for 6 years. She is survived by her husband John Silva of 44 years 10 months, her son Cody Silva and Daughter in law Rachel Silva of Newman, her grandsons Toby Silva, Jerikco Silva and Liam Silva, her mother Linda Lawerence and two sisters Rayetta Thele and Penny Hone. Belinda lived a full and happy life. Her grandchildren were her whole world. Belinda never had a mean word to say about anyone. She would help anyone who needed it no matter if she knew them or if they were strangers. She loved her family and lotto tickets. The loss of her has left a hole in the hearts of everyone she knew and loved. So now we say goodbye to an amazing beautiful soul as she joins her daughter Brandi Silva in heaven. Until we meet again.

A Celebration of Life for Belinda will be held on Saturday, November 16th, 2-5 pm at the Louis J. Newman Hall.
