Dianne Thon left us peacefully on December 30th, 2023 with her loving family by her side. 

She was proceeded to Enos Tosta and Minnie Tosta December 20th 1942 at Westside Hospital Hwy33 of Newman. Dianne grew up her whole life in Newman, as a child she did 4-H, played piano and would walk as a Queen and rode horses in Portuguese Festas. She graduated from Orestimba High and shortly after she met and married the love of her life Myron Thon of 58 years at the Newman church, She worked at the Modesto livestock and was a bank teller for many years. She was known for being an exceptional mother and attended every sports event of her son Scott Thon whether it was near or far. She was an outstanding, loving Grandmother to Jada Thon and Kanyon Thon and Great-Grandmother to Imrie, Zepplyn and Aubree Obando. Dianne and her husband dedicated their life being involved in their sons' and grandchildren's lives. Dianne had a passion for gardening, decorating, and shopping. All her life she enjoyed her many little projects, traveling, spending time with her family, and slow lived. Many who knew her would say she had a witty personality, strong spirit, stubborn attitude & gracious ways. 

She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother that lived a vibrant life and warmed many hearts. Her memory will be cherished and survived by her Husband Myron Thon. Her only child Scott Thon. Two Grandchildren - Jada Thon Obando and Kanyon Thon. Three Great- Grandchildren - Imrie Obando, Zepplyn Obando and Aubree Obando. Her brother David Tosta and sister in law Barbra Tosta. Her love was unimaginable and she will be remembered as a queen of strength and peace and will live in our hearts forever. 

No services will be held due to Dianne's wishes.
