Mary Oliveira of Gustine, California has passed away at the age of 92. She was born in Tracy, California to Manuel da Rosa and Julia Furtado Bulcao. She married Manuel Oliveira, and together they raised their 8 children. She attended the Shrine of Our Lady of Miracles Church of Gustine and was a devout Catholic.

Mary enjoyed genealogy, putting together binders of family history for her family. She also enjoyed making stained glass art.

Mrs. Oliveira is survived by her children; Rosemary Oliveira of Fresno, Frank (Sheri) Oliveira of Gustine, John Oliveira of Tracy, Teresa (Richard) Oliveira-Owens of Beaumont, Tom Oliveira of Gustine, Mike (Carly) Oliveira of Modesto, and Julia (Walter) Resendes of Modesto; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded by her husband Manuel F. Oliveira, son Manuel A. Oliveira, her parents Manuel and Julia Bulcao, and sisters Rosaline Escobar and Phyllis Breves.

A Visitation and Rosary will be held on Monday, February 17th from 5-7pm at the Shrine of Our Lady of Miracles Church in Gustine, California. Mass will be held at the Shrine of Our Lady of Miracles Church in Gustine, California on Tuesday, February 18th at 10am. Burial will follow at the Hills Ferry Cemetery in Newman, California.
