Rose Marie Teixeira, 97 of Newman passed away on March 22, 2025 in Turlock, CA.

Rose was born in Gustine, CA. She was a member of many organizations including the Alter Society of Newman, Lady of Fatima in Los Banos, Lady of Miracles in Gustine, Secretary of UPEC, a member of PFSA for more than 30 years and a member of FDES in Newman for more than 55 years.

Rose is survived by her sons, Gilbert (Linda) Teixeira and Don (Brenda) Teixeira, 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, George Teixeira; son, Norman Teixeira; father, Elisue “papa” Dias and mother, Mary Dias.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Our Lady of Miracles Catholic School, 370 Linden Ave, Gustine, CA 95322.

A Visitation will be held at 10:00am to 11:00am, followed by a Rosary and Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am, Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at The Shrine of Our Lady of Miracles in Gustine, CA.
