Reds boys’ soccer falls to the Titans in playoffs

The Gustine varsity boys’ soccer went into the opening round of the 2025 CIF Sac-Joaquin Sectional Finals in the number nine seed, with their first playoff game against Aspire Langston Hughes Academy in Stockton. The Reds lost their match 2-1 on Feb. 14 to the Titans.

Gustine girls’ soccer falls short of Summerville in playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Gustine can now relate to. They came up short against the Summerville Bears on Tuesday, falling 4-0. Considering the last time the Reds couldn't score was back in December of 2024, the team can't take the result too hard.

Gustine's defeat dropped their record down to 13-6. As for Summerville, the victory (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 13-6.
