Gustine boys

The Gustine Reds defeated SAL league opponent Denair Coyotes Tuesday, 57-54 in overtime. Then the Reds would move their focus to Waterford, defeating the Wildcats. Reds move to 5-5 in the SAL league, moving up to fourth place.

Gustine girls

Reds’ basketball defeated SAL league opponent Denair Coyotes, 47-29 on Monday. Winning against Waterford High, 50-32, on Thursday. The Reds move to 3-7 in SAL league for the season.

Orestimba boys

Warriors’ basketball dominated in the SAL league, first winning against Delhi High School on Thursday, 80-33. Then on Friday, the Warriors won by forfeit to SAL league opponent Mariposa County. The Warriors move to 10-0 in the SAL league.

Orestimba girls

Orestimba girls’ basketball are now on a 12-game win streak. Winning against three SAL league opponents this week. On Wednesday, against Mariposa County, 35-24. Thursday vs. Delhi, 57-2. Warriors’ move to 10-0 in the SAL league and stay in first place. 

Soccer

Gustine boys

The Reds defeated SAL league opponent Ripon Christian, 1-0 on Wednesday. The Reds now move 4-6-2, moving up to sixth place in the SAL league.

Gustine girls

The Reds would win only 1 of 2 games this week in the SAL league. On Monday, Denair Coyotes would tie against the Reds, 2-2. Following the tie, Waterford Wildcats on Thursday would fall to the Reds, 8-0. The Reds now move to 7-4-2 in the SAL league and rank fourth in the SAL.

Orestimba boys

SAL league opponent Mariposa County would fall to the Warriors, 13-1, on Friday. The Warriors move to 8-1-3 in the SAL league and rank third in the SAL league.

Orestimba girls

Warriors’ soccer broke their win streak this week against an upset from Ripon Christian, 2-1. Winning against Delhi on Tuesday, 3-2. The Warriors on Saturday would finish the Coyotes with a 1-0 victory. Warriors now move to 12-1 in league, first in the SAL.
